The Government requested an investigation into a case of indoctrination of 14-year-old children in Tucumán.
A teacher made serious accusations against President Javier Milei in front of the students
The Government of Javier Milei requested the initiation of an investigation for indoctrination against a teacher, very likely Kirchnerista, from an educational institution in Tucumán, following the viral spread on social media of an audio recording that caused strong criticism.
The material, attributed to a chemistry teacher, contains criticisms of President Javier Milei and inappropriate comments about his administration, made in the presence of students during a class.
Everything began when an audio recording allegedly belonging to the teacher in question was circulated, in which expressions directed at her students during a class at Colegio Nuestra Señora de Fátima in San Miguel de Tucumán can be heard.

According to reports, the recording was made by one of the students without the teacher noticing. In it, the woman can be heard making insults and serious accusations against President Milei, even stating that he is "financed by drug trafficking," which prompted a swift response from provincial and national authorities.
In response to the situation, the Ministry of Human Capital, led by Sandra Pettovello, issued a statement requesting that judicial and educational bodies in Tucumán thoroughly investigate the incident. The ministry considered it essential to clarify whether educational regulations were violated and whether students' right to receive academic training free from partisan ideological content was affected.
The audio includes phrases such as "this president is financed by drug trafficking" and "just like Macri," which prompted Minister Pettovello to formally request intervention from both the Public Prosecutor's Office and provincial educational authorities. The official emphasized the need to "protect students from any form of indoctrination in the classroom" and reaffirmed Milei's Government's commitment to a free and respectful educational environment.

At the provincial level, educational authorities initiated an internal investigation in order to evaluate the conduct of the teacher involved. The Ministry of Education of Tucumán reported that statements have already been taken and testimonies collected from both students and school staff to clarify what happened.
According to current regulations, teachers in Argentina must carry out their educational work without engaging in acts of indoctrination, proselytism, or ideological manipulation. National and provincial laws on education emphasize the obligation to guarantee plurality of thought and the right of students to receive objective, critical, and diverse training.
Authorities specified that, depending on the results of the ongoing investigation, administrative or judicial sanctions will be applied if the serious offense is confirmed.
