A new survey revealed a staggering fact about the political situation in the province of Buenos Aires, with a clear majority of respondents calling for a change in direction against the model represented by the ultra-Kirchnerist governor Axel Kicillof.
The survey, conducted by the consulting firm Isasi - Burdman, indicates that 58% of those surveyed favor changing the current model in Buenos Aires territory.
In contrast, only 34% expressed support for continuity, while 8% did not express a defined opinion.
This data is particularly relevant in a context where Kicillof is not eligible for reelection in the province, yet continues to be one of the main references of Peronism at the national level. The magnitude of the difference reflects a significant wear of the political model he represents.

Kirchnerism at the national level
In parallel, the survey also measured voting intentions for political spaces at the national level, where the coalition that Kicillof will likely lead is clearly relegated.
According to the data, “Fuerza Patria & PJ of Kicillof, Cristina, and Massa” reaches only 23% of voting intention, falling 17 points behind La Libertad Avanza led by President Javier Milei, who leads with 40%.
The result positions the Peronist space far from competing for electoral leadership in the first round and highlights difficulties in consolidating a competitive alternative against the ruling party.

Further behind are other forces with similar levels of support. Both the “Alliance of Radicalisms and Provincial Peronisms” and the “Left Front of Bregman and Del Caño” register 9%, while 2% of respondents declare themselves undecided and 17% still do not know who they would vote for.
The scenario presented by the survey also impacts a potential second round, where President Milei expands the difference against Governor Axel Kicillof, further consolidating the political gap.
With a majority calling for a change in the main district of the country and a voting intention that places him far from leadership, the space led by Axel Kicillof faces a complex scenario ahead of the upcoming elections.
