Guillermina Valdés's reaction upon hearing that Tinelli left her a house
The model denied that Marcelo Tinelli 'left' her a property and explained how the division of assets took place
Guillermina Valdés did not hide her discomfort when a Puro Show reporter insinuated that Marcelo Tinelli had "left" her an apartment. In the middle of an interview where she reflected on her personal and professional present, the model reacted with clarity and firmness to what she considered a misinterpretation of her financial situation.
During the conversation with Nacho Rivarola, Valdés began by saying that she is going through a stage of introspection and self-discovery: "I am alone, but enjoying it. I am not emotionally involved with anyone." Although she acknowledged that she likes being in a relationship, she also valued this moment of being single as a necessary process: "I was in a relationship for many years and since my last relationship I said, 'Well, I have to be alone and see what it's about.'"
The tension arose when the reporter asked her if she was happy with the apartment "that Marcelo had left her." With a stern expression and a clear change in tone, Guillermina replied with irony: "What did Marcelo leave?", making it clear that she did not accept the premise of the question.

After the journalist clarified, trying to soften the comment by saying he was referring to what she had "kept" after the separation, Valdés was categorical: "We bought an apartment together. It's not that I kept something. There was an apartment and we bought it together. That's how it was. Things are like that, it's fine. There was no division. I used my savings and he contributed a part."
This way, the businesswoman made it clear that it was not a gift or a transfer, but a joint purchase to guarantee a home for her son Lorenzo, the result of her relationship with the television host.
After the interview aired, on the program Mañanísima, Pampito provided details about the background surrounding Valdés's move. According to the panelist, the conflict over the home existed and was a source of tension.

"The apartment where she lives now was bought by both of them, but already separated. She lived in the building where Marcelo lives today and he wanted her to leave. When she left, they ended up agreeing on an amount that Guillermina did not consider sufficient," he explained.
Angie Balbiani added that the agreed amount was not enough for Valdés to maintain the same standard of living: "Her son is enrolled in a school in a certain area, and with that money it was not possible to find something suitable in that neighborhood."
When asked if she missed Tinelli on television, Guillermina avoided confrontation and preferred to close the topic with good wishes: "May he be happy. I know that being on TV and working makes him very happy. If that is what he wants, I hope he gets it."
