Arruabarrena's initial measures add to other strong decisions that have impacted the squad's structure. In recent hours, the departures of two key players, Edinson Cavani and Ander Herrera, who terminated their contracts before the end of their agreements, have also been resolved.

With several confirmed departures, the management led by Juan Román Riquelme is actively working in the transfer market. One of the main objectives is to strengthen the defense, and formal negotiations are already underway for Jhohan Romaña, a defender from San Lorenzo, for whom Boca has made an offer close to 3 million dollars. Additionally, efforts have begun to try to secure the return of Sebastián Villa, one of the names targeted to reinforce the offense following Cavani's departure.

In addition to these specific names, the club also aims to incorporate a goalkeeper, a right-back, a creative midfielder, a winger, and a center forward to enhance a squad that will face the Torneo Clausura, the Copa Argentina, and the Copa Sudamericana as the main objectives of the semester.

Alongside the departures and exits, the Vasco decided to permanently promote the youth players Dylan Gorosito, Camilo Rey Domenech, and Leonel Flores, who will be part of the preparation alongside the professional squad and will be evaluated over the coming weeks.
