What did Morena Rial's psychological report reveal?
The person responsible for disclosing the content was Guido Záffora. According to what he read on air, the report describes Morena as "cordial, polite, respectful, and cooperative", with "a good attitude and no resistance to dialogue".
Additionally, her attorney Alejandro Cipolla stated that the media personality keeps a good relationship with her psychologist and that she could continue treatment virtually if house arrest is granted. He also emphasized that the court's decision "must consider the rights of the child," referring to Amadeo, Morena's son.
Why did the court deny house arrest to her again?
Morena's situation became more complicated on October 29, when Judge Andrea Rodríguez Mentasti formally rejected the request for house arrest.
The ruling (released by Mauro Szeta) argued that Morena "failed to comply with the imposed guidelines." Additionally, it was confirmed that "she did not reside at the designated address" and that she had "exposed the minor in a context related to illicit activity"
