Nicolás Payarola, former lawyer of Wanda Nara, received a new judicial setback in the case that has kept him detained since November 2025. The court rejected the request for house arrest submitted by his defense.

The decision was confirmed this Wednesday, June 11, and reaffirms the previous ruling of the Guarantee Court No. 3. Thus, the lawyer will remain housed in the Penitentiary Unit No. 61 of Melchor Romero.
