An illegal Senegalese immigrant released by Biden attacked ICE agents in New York

The attack occurred last July 18, when the violent criminal released onto the streets by Biden attacked and injured dozens of people

A Senegalese living illegally in the United States attacked and injured several Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents after being detained in New York City.

The illegal immigrant, named Bass Ndiaye, assaulted ICE agents and nearly a dozen other detainees with a pair of scissors while being held at a city detention center on July 18.

Ndiaye will be brought to trial for assaulting a United States agent with a deadly or dangerous weapon, facing a sentence of up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Biden's policies released the violent offender

"This criminal illegal immigrant, who was released into the country under President Biden's administration, will face justice for his violent crimes," stated Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin to The Daily Wire.

"Our ICE agents are facing an 830% increase in attacks against them. Secretary Noem supports the brave men and women of law enforcement who risk their lives to remove criminal illegal immigrants and protect Americans," the official continued.

Ndiaye was first arrested on July 17 on New York City streets, where he was taken to an immigration center for processing. The incident with the bladed weapon occurred the following day, with immigration agents subduing the violent criminal minutes later.

Trump intervenes to ensure the safety of the agents

The defendant crossed the border illegally on October 22, 2023, when he was arrested by Border Patrol. He was released into the country thanks to the policies promoted by the Biden administration at that time.

In recent months, it is regrettable that ICE agents and Border Patrol officers have been experiencing a higher number of attacks and assaults against them.

Last weekend, an immigration agent who was off duty resting in a Manhattan park was shot when two Dominican criminals who also entered the country illegally under Biden's administration assaulted him.

In response to this attack, Trump determined that the Democratic authorities controlling the city were not doing enough to stop this spiral of violence against law enforcement agents, so he ordered ICE to flood the streets with massive immigration raids.
