Impressive: A three-second knockout shakes BKFC

The American surprised in Florida with a lightning-fast KO at the start of his bout with Julio Pérez

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) experienced one of the most impactful moments in its recent history at the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida. Esteban Rodríguez, known as "Mohawk", needed only three seconds to knock out Cuban fighter Julio Pérez in a preliminary bout.

Rodríguez, who works as a carpenter outside the ring, threw only seven punches in the fight, of which five were effective, while Pérez failed to land any of his four attempts.

After the fight, the fighter addressed his followers on social media: "Words can't explain the emotions happening right now! Thank you, God, for all the blessings!". In the ring, he also challenged Chris Camozzi, making it clear that he seeks to climb even higher in the division.

Meanwhile, Pérez chose to send a message of resilience. He shared motivational videos on social media, including quotes from Luis Enrique and UFC fighter Ilia Topuria, emphasizing that in sports there are no "losers" as long as one keeps trying.

With this victory, the 33-year-old American recorded his fourth professional bare-knuckle boxing win since his debut in 2022, establishing himself as one of the emerging figures in the discipline.

In parallel, BKFC continues with Argentine lightweight champion Franco Tenaglia, who won the title last October after defeating Tony Soto on points, preparing for his return on October 11. He will fight again in Badalona, Spain, against Abner Lloveras, former UFC and Bellator fighter, in the second edition of "Noche de Leyendas", an event that aims to establish itself as one of the most prominent on the European combat sports calendar.
