The information revived an issue that has been generating speculation for years. As was explained, the property agreement was reached by mutual consent and without formal objections between the parties.
What the document says about the inheritance
The content was broadcast on A la tarde (América), where journalist Luis Bremer detailed the scope of the agreement. "We have the will and the subsequent agreement of the ab intestato association between Gabriela Sabatini and Osvaldo Sabatini", he stated.
The text clarifies that the parties reached a partial private division of the inherited assets, citing articles of the Civil and Commercial Code. This confirms that the division was carried out within the legal framework and with the endorsement of both siblings.
