Javier Milei introduced all the national candidates of La Libertad Avanza
The officials responsible for promoting the remaining liberal reforms in Congress posed alongside President Milei
President Javier Milei led the official presentation of the national candidates of La Libertad Avanza (LLA), who will compete in the legislative elections on October 26. The event, held together with his sister and Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Milei, became a strong political gesture aimed at consolidating the parliamentary majority that would allow for deepening the structural reforms promoted by the Government.
"The candidates to finally change Argentine history" was the forceful message shared by the ruling party on social network X, accompanied by the family photo showing the President together with all the candidates for deputies and senators.

In the October elections, 127 seats in the Chamber of Deputies and 24 in the Senate will be at stake, which will define the new balance of power in Congress. In addition, in 13 provinces local positions such as provincial legislators, mayors, and councilors will also be elected.
A historic fact distinguishes this election: it will be the first time that the Single Paper Ballot (BUP) is used throughout the entire country, in accordance with Law No. 27,781. The new system replaces the traditional party ballots and seeks to provide greater transparency, simplicity, and security to the electoral process, preventing manipulation and the shortage of ballots in voting booths.
The provinces renewing seats in the Senate are: Río Negro, Salta, Neuquén, Tierra del Fuego, Santiago del Estero, Entre Ríos, Chaco, and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. In the Chamber of Deputies, the replacement scheme is distributed by population according to the D'Hondt system: for example, the province of Buenos Aires elects 35 national deputies, while smaller districts, such as Tierra del Fuego, only renew 2 seats.

The electoral process is already underway. After the officialization of the lists, on August 27 the electoral campaign will formally begin, with the appointment of the economic-financial managers for each party. On September 1, the design of the BUP with all electoral options will be displayed in a public hearing.
September 13 will be the deadline to assign advertising slots in audiovisual media, while three days later the final electoral rolls will be published and polling station authorities will be appointed. The campaign in audiovisual media will start on September 21, accompanied by civic education and digital education messages starting on the 26th.
Starting October 1, voting locations will be announced and the ban on public events seeking to attract votes will take effect. On October 16, the National Electoral Directorate will report on the amounts of contributions and subsidies to the campaigns. The ban on polls and surveys will begin on October 18, and the electoral campaign will end on October 24, giving way to the electoral blackout period.
On Sunday, October 26, the national legislative elections will be held, with a restriction on publishing polls and projections until 9:00 p.m. The final count will begin on October 28. Those who do not go to vote will have until December 25 to justify not casting their ballot.
