Javier Milei will form a national political committee and a federal dialogue committee.

Presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni announced it on his social media

A day after kirchnerismo's victory in the Buenos Aires province elections, President Javier Milei met for the second time this Monday with his Cabinet to assess the direction of the administration, after which he decided to form a political committee.

At the end of the meeting, presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni announced on his social media the creation of two working groups: one of a political nature, made up of his own officials, and another for dialogue, which will include the governors.

"The President of the Nation made the decision to form a national political committee. It will be chaired by him and will be composed of: Karina Milei, Guillermo Francos, Patricia Bullrich, Santiago Caputo, Martín Menem, and myself," the spokesperson posted on the social network X. He also stated that Milei "also instructed the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers to convene a federal dialogue committee with the governors."

It was also reported that the political committee of Buenos Aires Province "will be expanded in accordance with the representativeness of those who make up the provincial group."

Unlike the morning meeting, this time the head of the Treasury, Luis "Toto" Caputo, joined the group, as he had not been able to attend the Casa Rosada due to scheduling conflicts.

Caputo arrived at Balcarce 50 shortly before 4:30 p.m., the scheduled time for the start of the meeting, which was led by the Chief of Cabinet, Guillermo Francos. Patricia Bullrich (Security), Gerardo Werthein (Foreign Affairs), Luis Petri (Defense), Federico Sturzenegger (Deregulation), Mario Lugones (Health), Sandra Pettovello (Human Capital), and Mariano Cúneo Libarona (Justice) also participated.
