The biographical series about Moria Casán has become the center of a new controversy just days before its premiere. This time it was Jorge Porcel Jr. who announced that he will take legal action against the production for the use of his father's name and representation, Jorge Porcel, one of the characters featured in the fiction.
The complaint adds to the conflict raised by the daughter of Luis Vadalá, who also questioned the way her father was incorporated into the story. However, Porcel Jr. clarified that, in his case, the issue is not related to the content of the scenes or with Moria, but rather with what he considers the use of his father's figure without having reached a prior financial agreement with him.
In the production, Jorge Porcel is portrayed by Hernán “Curly” Jiménez. His character appears in the reconstruction of the years when the comedian shared stages, movies, and television programs with figures like Moria Casán, Susana Giménez, and Alberto Olmedo.

Some of the scenes also recreate controversial situations from that time, including moments when Porcel allegedly had inappropriate behavior with Susana during their performances and Moria intervened.
In light of the repercussions, the comedian's son confirmed that he is already seeking legal advice and evaluating the steps to take against the companies responsible for the fiction.
