The unexpected clash between Juli Poggio and China Suárez continues to escalate and has already become one of the most talked-about media confrontations of the week.
Everything began when a clip from Rumis (La Casa Streaming) went viral, in which the former Gran Hermano contestant asked if Suárez was acting in La hija del fuego: la venganza de la bastarda, the new Disney+ series.
Some users interpreted the question as an ironic or disparaging comment, and the actress did not hesitate to respond with a forceful message on X.

"Haha, how strange that you don't know I act, Juli. I remember you as a little girl in the hallways of Polka...", wrote Suárez, accompanying her statement with a reference to Poggio's mother and a thank you to Lizardo Ponce for praising the show. The message went viral instantly and opened a new chapter in the tension between the two.
However, far from avoiding controversy, Juli Poggio decided to respond and clarify her position. Approached by the cameras of LAM (América TV), the dancer expressed her surprise and discomfort at the actress's reaction.
"I'm never one to get involved with anyone, you know that. I don't have fights or drama with anyone. But I have a lot to say about this. I hadn't seen the clip. Lizardo was recommending the series and, in fact, after listening to him, I wanted to watch it. I was talking about the title and I asked: 'Is China acting?' It's easy to understand that the question was whether she was acting in that series. How could I not know that China acts? I don't live under a rock," she clarified firmly.
Poggio suggested that the actress may have exaggerated the interpretation of the comment: "I feel that she must have realized that the question was meant that way, but it seems she was a little eager to fight."
The influencer also questioned the fact that the controversy erupted just when the panel was discussing a Suárez project from a professional perspective:"For the first time on Rumis, they were talking about her without controversy or drama, but about a job. Why is there drama now where there wasn't any before? From a clip where everything was fine, now there's drama with me. I didn't do anything to her."
