He was reported for: Human trafficking for exploitation purposes; Document forgery; Illicit association; and fraud against the public administration
A complaint of more than 30 pages was filed in the last few minutes before a federal court, accusing the national deputy candidate for Santa Cruz and priest Juan Carlos "Juanca" Molina, a close collaborator of Kirchnerism, of extremely serious crimes. According to the judicial filing, Molina would be leading a criminal gang dedicated to the transportation and exploitation of minors, using forged documents, illicit association, and fraud; all of this, with alleged political collusion to obtain public funds.
The complaint was assigned to a federal court, which would have already become aware of the document of more than 30 pages containing the charges against Molina. Among the most severe charges are:
Human trafficking for exploitation purposes (Articles 145 bis and 145 ter of the Penal Code, plus Law 26.842)
Forgery of public and private documents (Articles 292 and 293 of the Penal Code)
Illicit association (Art. 210 of the Penal Code)
Fraud against the public administration (Arts. 172 and 174, section 5 of the Penal Code)
Juan Carlos Molina fue denunciado de liderar una red de trata de menores.
The document states that Molina and his organization transported children from Chaco to Santa Cruz, inflating the actual number of minors in order to collect funds. In this context, the accusers claim that the Kirchnerist priest manipulated records (with falsified documents) and operated a structured network that functioned as a "criminal association".
These sources assert that the complaint is not generic: it contains names, dates, transportation routes, and documented links among those involved. As A24 has reported, the case file was submitted to the federal court with media support.

Who is Molina, the Kirchnerist candidate and priest
Juan Carlos Molina, 58 years old, leads the unity list of Santa Cruz Peronism as the first candidate for national deputy for the Fuerza Santacruceña front. His political background links him directly to Kirchnerism: he was head of Sedronar between 2013 and 2015, during Cristina Fernández de Kirchner's second term.
In addition to his role in social and addiction programs (through the implementation of CePLA and Therapeutic Educational Homes), Molina is known for his strong statements, such as when he defended the "decriminalization" of drug use or controversially compared Pablo Escobar to a "Robin Hood"-type character.
He also promoted the Valdocco Foundation in Santa Cruz and other provinces, with projects for vulnerable children and adolescents. That organization has already been the subject of provincial complaints for alleged irregularities in the management of public funds, which led to cases in the provincial courts of Caleta Olivia and Río Gallegos.
The filing of such accusations in a federal court represents a political bomb for Peronism in Santa Cruz and, even more so, for Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Having a candidate identified with Kirchnerism accused of heinous crimes such as child trafficking and illicit association dramatically changes the electoral and media landscape.
