Leonel Vangioni highlighted River's demands and talked about Gallardo's current team.

In his interview with Radio La Red, Leonel Vangioni, former River defender, talked about the club's present and how demanding the fans and Muñeco Gallardo are.

"To be at River, with Marcelo Gallardo and the pressure from the people, you have to be mentally and physically prepared," highlighted the current Cervecero defender.

Regarding the current situation of the club and its inconsistency, Piri commented: "When River finds the team, it won't stop anymore, because of the hierarchy it has. I think Gallardo will find the team, despite the fact that the performance isn't what he must want, he has chances on all fronts."

"When I was at River, it wasn't just the defense, but the team itself was found," highlighted the defender, referring to the functioning of the Millonario squad that led him to return to his champion phase a decade ago.

Vangioni's Career at River
