President Javier Milei will lead the ceremony for the 172nd anniversary of the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange this Thursday, in a new public appearance focused on reaffirming the Government's economic program and consolidating support from the agro-export sector. The president will arrive at the meeting after a week marked by significant positive data on the drop in inflation, the fiscal surplus, and the growth of the economic activity.
This Thursday, INDEC reported that economic activity grew by 5.5% year-on-year in March and reached a new historical record, primarily driven by the agricultural sector, which recorded an increase of 17.9%. A laudatory message towards the agricultural sector is anticipated, which the President considers one of the fundamental engines of economic recovery and the generation of genuine dollars for the country.
