Maia Reficco spoke about the dating rumors with Franco Colapinto

Rumors of a possible romance between Franco Colapinto and Maia Reficco gained strength in recent days after a post by the Argentine driver on Instagram.

Amid the growing reports, the star of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin decided to cool things down and clarify the situation through a trusted voice, avoiding direct statements but making it clear what her current romantic situation is.

The person in charge of conveying the actress's position was Fede Popgold, a close friend of Maia and a journalist, who addressed the subject during his appearance on the streaming show Resu en vivo (Resumido). There he was categorical in describing the current bond between the actress and the athlete.

"Miss Maia Reficco and Mr. Franco Colapinto have many friends in common and they recently met. They are friends", Popgold explained, ruling out the existence of a formal relationship. However, he clarified that Maia is single and that the relationship is going through an initial stage. "Maia is single, she isn't in a relationship with Colapinto. They are starting to get to know each other as people", he noted.

According to the host of Patria y Familia, the closeness between the two of them arose naturally from a shared group of friends and recent get-togethers during the holidays.
