Mariana Brey blunt against Nancy Pazos: 'I don't waste time on teenage matters'
After the live confrontation, the journalist replied unfiltered to her colleague from 'A la Barbarossa'
The tension between Nancy Pazos and Mariana Brey escalated in recent days, revealing not only a personal conflict but also a strong ideological difference. The confrontation, which began on the set of the program A la Barbarossa (Telefe), added a new chapter when Pazos launched a provocative phrase on social media, accusing her colleague of following official government speeches by Javier Milei.
During the live discussion, the journalists exchanged opinions on a shocking police case: the murder of a woman and her eleven-month-old daughter. It was there that their opposing stances created friction, something that intensified in the digital realm.
Pazos, fierce critic with a militant tone
Nancy Pazos, who has repeatedly shown a mindset close to Kirchnerism, did not hesitate to mock Brey's political position. On her Instagram account, she called her "Manuela Brey", in reference to presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni, making clear her disagreement with her colleague's views.
This type of attack was not isolated. Pazos had already disqualified Brey during other broadcasts, labeling her as a person who "parrots" others' speeches, reinforcing her confrontational attitude within the panel.

Brey: no time for "adolescent tantrums"
Asked on Intrusos (América), about the clash with Pazos, Mariana Brey appeared firm but uninterested in fueling the conflict. In her response, she hinted that her colleague's comments did not alter her professional focus or priorities.
"I wish (I) were ten percent of what spokesperson Manuel Adorni is," she replied ironically, elegantly returning the comparison made by Pazos. Additionally, she emphasized that her commitment was focused on her journalistic work: "I work very focused on myself, on my work, and on production."
In the same vein, Brey dismissed any kind of personal drama and left a strong statement: "I don't waste time on adolescent issues or on whims and tantrums of others' insecurities." Thus, without mentioning her directly, she labeled Nancy Pazos as a person "whimsical" and "insecure."
Far from softening, the relationship between the two journalists remained marked by deep ideological differences. While Nancy Pazos insists on publicly exposing her colleague with personal and militant-tinged attacks, Brey maintains a more professional stance, focused on daily work and away from direct confrontation.
El fuerte cruce entre Mariana Brey y Nancy Pazos.
