The host explained that she suffered from a combination of bronchitis and pneumonia, and that she is still recovering. Although she is not completely well, she decided to return to the air with positive energy.

An anticipated return to DDM

"Good afternoon, everyone, welcome! Here I am, standing! I thought I wasn't coming back," she said as she opened the show. She then added, "I was almost dead, it was horrible what I went through."

With a bit of a persistent cough, Fabbiani explained that she is still doing nebulizations and continues treatment with antibiotics and corticosteroids. She thanked the team for their support and acknowledged that she watched the show from home.
