Vorterix's reorganization proceedings
In May 2025 it became known that Vorterix had entered reorganization. In a conversation with Intrusos (América TV), Pergolini explained the situation.
The host maintained that it is "a legal tool to put things in order." He also clarified that the filing had been submitted some time ago and that only now did it become public.
According to what he detailed, the issue is administrative and doesn't affect the outlet's daily operations. "We are all fine, everything is in order," he stated.
