This year, the person who moved the public once again was his daughter, Marta Fort, who remembered her father with a deeply personal and heartfelt message on the day he would have turned 57 years old.
From her Instagram account, the young woman shared a previously unseen video of a family Christmas, where she is seen with her brother Felipe and her father enjoying a night of laughter and hugs.

In the footage, the remembered "Comandante" appears smiling, while Marta—who was a child at the time—looks happy and relaxed next to him.
Accompanying the clip, she wrote a text that quickly moved her thousands of followers: "Lately, I've been a bit more absent from social media, since I've been experiencing a mix of emotions. Not long ago, I went through many changes that made me feel, on one hand, very happy, but on the other, in a state of melancholy, depression, and with constant doubts."
Marta, who lost her father when she was just nine years old, used the post to reflect on how her life has changed in recent months and on the absence she still feels.
"I moved, I started getting involved in the family business, I achieved personal and professional milestones I never would have imagined, and I grew a lot in that sense. But, on the other hand, there's a person with whom I would have liked to share this new stage who is not by my side today. One of them being a figure as important as my dad."

The young woman also spoke about the moments when she feels his absence the most: "Sometimes I find myself alone, afraid, uncertain about what's coming. Those are the moments when I miss him the most, when I most need to have someone I can count on, someone with whom I can find my safe place."
In another part of the message, Marta explained that the memory of Ricardo Fort remains present in her daily life: "The thought of how he would have reacted, what he would say to me or what he would feel seeing me today, is with me all the time. I tend to repress my feelings, but I've never been as sensitive about this subject as I am now."
