During his recent stay in Miami, Mauro Icardi surprised with a move that went far beyond tourism. According to journalist Christian Gassman on Mujeres Argentinas (El Trece), the footballer traveled with China Suárez not only to relax but also to finalize a possible million-dollar real estate investment.
Icardi reportedly visited luxurious properties valued between five and eight million dollars in the exclusive area of Sunny Isles, north of Bal Harbour. The detail was confirmed by Gassman, who explained that they toured several units in a well-known tower in the area.
The couple reportedly showed interest in both available apartments and projects that will begin construction in July and would be ready by next year. This strategic choice fueled rumors that they might settle in the city or use the property as a vacation residence.
An investment with the scent of a new home
The panelists of the program speculated about the true intentions of this purchase. Some suggested that it could be an investment to diversify assets, while others pointed to the possibility that they are considering a life together in Miami.

Virginia Gallardo noted that, being a consolidated couple, it wouldn't be surprising if they sought to strengthen the bond with a shared property. She even hinted that they might be considering expanding the family.
