Mauro Icardi exploded upon seeing the controversial video of his daughter and requested full custody.

After the release of a video of his daughter Francesca, Icardi asked for the justice system to intervene and grant him custody.

The legal and media controversy between Mauro Icardi  and Wanda Nara  over the custody of their daughters, Francesca and Isabella, has taken an unexpected turn due to a controversial video.

In the images that went viral on social media, Francesca is seen driving a buggy, which is a lightweight vehicle without a roof, with two or four wheels, generally used for driving on the beach, in the countryside, or on closed circuits.

The girl was driving in a private neighborhood in Nordelta. The situation caused great concern among the footballer's followers, who questioned Wanda Nara's decision to allow her daughter to engage in this activity.

The video, shared by a friend of Wanda, reached the program Los Ángeles de la Mañana (LAM),  and provoked the indignation of the Galatasaray player. According to journalist Marina Calabró, the footballer has asked his lawyers to file a petition with the court to request the intervention of a juvenile judge, "The goal is to prohibit them from being exposed to risky situations."

Icardi's main objective is to prohibit his daughters from continuing to be exposed to risky situations, like the one shown in the video.

This is not the first episode that puts Wanda Nara at the center of controversy. Recently, the media personality was criticized for appearing in a video drinking alcohol while her partner, L-Gante, was driving without a seatbelt.

Additionally, in the past, Nara faced criticism for allowing her daughters to drive ATVs without helmets, shortly after L-Gante  suffered an accident with one of these vehicles in Pinamar.

Although Francesca's speed in the buggy, which according to Calabró was 14 km/h (8.7 mph), is not excessive, it remains a potential risk for the girl and the people who were around her during the incident.

Mauro used this video as evidence in his legal claim, hoping to obtain full custody of his daughters and ensure their well-being in a safe environment. The legal battle between the ex-spouses continues amid media attention, adding chapters to this story that seems to have no truce.
