Mauro Icardi stopped another trip by Wanda Nara with their daughters and went to court.
After the vacation in Jujuy, the footballer requested a new injunction to prevent the minors from leaving CABA
After Wanda Nara's trip to Jujuy with her youngest daughters, Mauro Icardi once again turned to the courts. The footballer, upset by his ex's decision to take the girls without prior notice, filed a new precautionary measure before returning to Türkiye.
The Galatasaray forward expressly requested that Wanda not be allowed to take the minors out of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. This was confirmed by journalist Ángel de Brito on the LAM (América) program, where he showed the details of the complaint.
The conflict over the vacation in Jujuy
The minors had spent Father's Day without Icardi's presence, even though Judge Hagopián had authorized the visit. Days later, Wanda Nara traveled with them on a private plane to Jujuy.

This trip raised alarms for the player, who had already reported Wanda for taking the daughters to Argentina without his consent. Now, he reinforced his legal strategy by requesting a prohibition order to prevent future unauthorized relocations.
In the legal document drafted by his lawyer, Icardi expressed his "marked fear" that his ex might take the minors again, as he believes happened when they moved to Argentina without his approval.
What the new precautionary measure authorizes and prohibits
The precautionary measure doesn't prohibit all movements of the minors, but it does limit their departure from CABA. Explicitly, it allows them to travel to Santa Bárbara, in Nordelta, where Wanda also has a residence.
The decision was made in a key context: Mauro Icardi is about to return to Istanbul to resume training with Galatasaray. Before leaving, he also submitted a request to the judge to see his daughters once more.
The legal conflict between Wanda and Mauro thus adds a new chapter, with the girls once again at the center of a dispute that, far from calming down, seems to keep escalating.
