Mauro Icardi, without contact with his daughters: the court suspended the meetings

The judicial situation of Mauro Icardi went through critical moments after his last meeting with Isabella and Francesca. The court decided to suspend visits between the footballer and his daughters, after irregularities were detected over the weekend.

According to reports on the program Mujeres Argentinas (El Trece), a report was presented confirming the disobedience of a measure ordered by the Public Guardian Ministry (MPT). The document revealed that Icardi failed to comply with the guidelines established for the meetings.

The case took an unexpected turn

The main issue was the presence of la China Suárez, Icardi's current partner, during the time spent with the girls. This situation came to light through images shared by Yanina Latorre and Ángel De Brito, which quickly went viral.

The rule indicated that the footballer had to meet alone with Isabella and Francesca, without the intervention of third parties. The non-compliance resulted in the necessary predictability for the emotional well-being of the minors being compromised, as highlighted by the technical team.

New measures and psychological evaluation

In response, the court replaced the meetings between Icardi and his daughters with individual sessions between the girls and a psychologist. The purpose of these interviews will be to understand how they experienced the situation and determine the steps to follow.

The judicial report clarified that the problem was not limited to the figure of la China Suárez. It was emphasized that any person outside the father-daughter relationship would have similarly affected the compliance with the agreement.

Icardi's lawyer, Lara Piro, had previously warned that the girls were not emotionally prepared for situations of this nature. Even so, the breach of the agreed conditions caused a possible breakdown in trust toward the responsible adults.

The document added that they deeply regretted what happened, noting that the presence of third parties had been omitted, which prevented adequately protecting the best interest of the minors.

For the moment, the court's decision keeps the meetings between Mauro Icardi and his daughters suspended. However, this measure is subject to future review, depending on the results of the psychological evaluations.
