Microsoft has launched a revamped version of Microsoft 365 Copilot that features a cleaner design and loads twice as fast. This update aims to enhance the experience for users who rely on the assistant in their daily work.
According to the company, responses are now more reliable and better organized, making them easier to read at a glance. This represents a significant advancement for those who need clear information without wasting time.
The new feature called “progressive disclosure” allows Copilot to display tools and controls based on what the user requests, instead of showing everything at once. This way, the interface feels more organized and focused.
Improvements in User Experience
It is now possible to format text directly within the enhanced prompt box, which automatically expands to fit what you type or paste. This greatly facilitates work when longer or more complex instructions are needed.
The update is rolling out to both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring that users can take advantage of it no matter where they are working.
In Microsoft 365 applications, Copilot opens in a sidebar where it can answer questions, suggest changes, or directly modify documents, spreadsheets, or presentations.
