Hernán Bloquero, the man accused of harassing influencer Sofía "La Reini" Gonet for ten years and threatening the life of host Homero Pettinato, was released after being transferred to a mental health center in Junín. The news was confirmed by journalist Rolando Barbano on América Noticias, recalling that the accused had been detained and declared unaccountable by the civil judge of Junín, María Fabiana Patiño, in charge of his case.
After the incident in which Bloquero intimidated Pettinato during a streaming broadcast of Olga, the man was referred to a psychiatric hospital. There, professionals evaluated his situation and determined that he was fit to continue outpatient treatment. For that reason, he was authorized to return home and move freely in public.
To avoid inconveniences, a judicial official from Buenos Aires handed a panic button back to Homero Pettinato. It is expected that Sofía "La Reini" Gonet will also have that same protection in the coming days.
What caught the most attention was Bloquero's return to social media. Once out of the hospital, he resumed posting and wrote: "Haters are and will always be the same problem."
The message he shared upon his release
Additionally, he uploaded a video to his Instagram stories in which he declared: "I said it recently and I'll say it again, we are more alive than ever. As you can see, we are in the middle of the street." The content raised concerns among those closely following the case, especially due to the defiant tone the man used after regaining his freedom.

About a month ago, Homero Pettinato had mentioned that he requested a panic button after receiving a death threat while doing his show on Olga. At that time, the host stated that the aggressor had not approached his home in Junín and demanded that his whereabouts be urgently located.
