President Javier Milei led La Libertad Avanza (LLA)'s campaign closing event this Thursday in the city of Rosario, where a crowd gathered in Plaza España to support the head of state and the main candidates of the party ahead of Sunday's legislative elections.
Accompanied by much of his cabinet and by national leaders of the ruling party, Milei began his speech by recalling the symbolic value of the chosen location: "It is an enormous joy that today we are ending the campaign right where General Belgrano created the Argentine flag", he said emotionally as he took the stage.

The President stated that the country is at a turning point and called on his supporters to "defend all the progress made". He acknowledged that "it is always difficult to take the right path," because "the caste, the status quo, and the party of the State resist," but he emphasized that "on the other side are decent Argentines" and assured that "we are going to defeat them at the polls."
The message had a tone of reaffirmation of the economic direction. Milei reviewed the achievements of his administration, from the decrease in inflation and the reduction of protests to the return to fiscal surplus. "Starting Sunday, Argentina is truly going to change," he stated, amid applause and chants of "the caste is afraid."
