Milei's government deported the agent of Nicolás Maduro's regime who had entered the country

This is a Chavista agent specialized in undermining democracy

José Gregorio Noriega, the agent of Nicolás Maduro's regime who had recently entered Argentina, was deported from the national territory by order of Javier Milei's government.

The decision, carried out through the Ministry of National Security, was confirmed by the head of the department, Patricia Bullrich, who warned this Thursday that the Chavista official "will never return again!"

"This Venezuelan, sanctioned by the U.S. and the EU for assaulting the Legislative Assembly and imprisoning opposition deputies, was detected in Argentina and expelled: he will never return again!", the minister posted on her X account, accompanying the message with two photos of Noriega during his stay in Argentina.

At the end of her statement, Bullrich emphasized: "Maduro's bouncer entered yesterday from Brazil, one day before the match. Today he is leaving. Chavista terrorism has no place in our country!"

Noriega's entry, a Chavista agent specialized in undermining democracy, took place amid the illegal intelligence operation by Kirchnerism with possible foreign influence, following the attempted assassination of President Javier Milei and just days before the legislative elections in Buenos Aires province.

Noriega's record

A former deputy of Venezuela's National Assembly, Noriega was expelled from the Voluntad Popular party in 2019 after his involvement in the so-called "Operation Scorpio," a bribery scheme promoted by Chavismo to co-opt opposition legislators, was uncovered.

The following year, in 2020, he led a maneuver together with the ruling party to forcibly seize control of the Venezuelan Parliament and put it at Maduro's service. In that context, the regime appointed him as the legal representative of Voluntad Popular, removing Leopoldo López from the party leadership.

In a statement, Voluntad Popular warned a few days ago: "We have information that José Gregorio Noriega, sanctioned by the United States and the European Union for conspiring with the Chavista narco-tyranny to steal Voluntad Popular's representation and destroy the legitimacy of the National Assembly, is currently in Argentina"

"Noriega, betraying Venezuelans, sold himself to the dictatorship and today is freely traveling the world while brave brothers in the struggle remain held hostage by Nicolás Maduro. President Javier Milei and Security Minister Patricia Bullrich: As firm allies of the Venezuelan democratic cause that you have proven to be, we request immediate action to detain the accomplices of the dictatorship who have caused so much harm and who pose a latent risk to Venezuela, Argentina, and the region. Those who do wrong, pay for it!", the document concluded.
