Milei's government reported an illegal intelligence operation by Kirchnerism
The presidential spokesperson stated that the objective of the operation is to destabilize the country during the electoral campaign
Presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni announced this Monday through his X account that Javier Milei's government filed a complaint with the Federal Court against what he defined as "an illegal intelligence operation" aimed at destabilizing the country in the midst of the electoral campaign, just days before the elections in Buenos Aires province.
According to Adorni, private conversations of Karina Milei, Secretary General of the Presidency, and other Executive officials were recorded, which were manipulated and selectively disseminated with the objective of causing political harm.

"The government filed a complaint with the Federal Court regarding an illegal intelligence operation intended to destabilize the country in the midst of the electoral campaign. Private conversations of Karina Milei and other officials were recorded, which were manipulated and disseminated to influence the Executive Branch. It was not a leak. It was an illegal, planned, and targeted attack. End," Adorni explained in his message.
According to the libertarian administration, the audios were edited, taken out of context, and manipulated for strictly political purposes, seeking to discredit the Executive and its inner circle at a sensitive moment in the electoral campaign, also generating uncertainty that at the same time affects economic recovery.
In this regard, there is no evidence that Karina Milei or any other official has committed any unlawful act, and this is a deliberate attempt at disinformation, driven by Kirchnerism.

The complaint filed with the Federal Court seeks to identify those responsible for this operation and to establish the corresponding criminal responsibilities for the manipulation and illegal dissemination of these recordings.
This type of operation, carried out in the context of electoral campaigns, seeks to influence public opinion in a context where Kirchnerism faces two elections that could put an end to its political space, while La Libertad Avanza led by Javier Milei aims to strengthen its parliamentary representation.
