President Javier Milei was welcomed this Friday by a crowd in the city of Córdoba, as part of the so-called "Tour de la Gratitud," a political tour aimed at thanking voters for the support received by La Libertad Avanza in the 2023 legislative elections.
Accompanied by his sister and Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Milei, the president arrived in the afternoon at Ambrosio Taravella Airport and then traveled to the Quinto Centenario Hotel, located on Duarte Quirós Avenue, from where he led a walk through the center of the provincial capital. The event had been organized by libertarian activists and supporters as a gesture of gratitude to the President, but it quickly turned into a massive demonstration of political support.

From early on, hundreds of people began gathering near the planned route, carrying Argentine flags and slogans in favor of the Government. The Municipality of Córdoba implemented a special traffic operation with road closures and detours at various points in the city to ensure circulation and security during the presidential visit.
The choice of Córdoba was not accidental. The Mediterranean province has become one of Milei's main electoral strongholds, with overwhelming support in the October elections. That support was key for La Libertad Avanza to establish itself as the leading political force nationwide, relegating an increasingly fragmented Peronism with no ability to offer a clear alternative.
