Mirtha Legrand shut the door on Graciela Alfano and supported Susana Giménez

Amid the media confrontation between Susana Giménez  and Graciela Alfano, Mirtha Legrand made it clear whose side she is on. When asked about the conflict during a public appearance, the diva did not hesitate to speak out firmly.

Legrand stated that she has no intention of inviting Graciela Alfano to her historic television table.  "For now I'm not going to invite her. I'm friends with Susana and she spoke against her. I feel sorry," she declared in her characteristically direct style.

Unconditional support for Susana

The statement was brief but forceful. Her words quickly spread through the media and social networks, making clear her alignment with Susana Giménez, with whom she has maintained a decades-long friendship.

She also downplayed the so-called "Tapadogate" scandal with a gesture of annoyance and a blunt comment:  "They've been going on about that for ages," she said, showing her weariness with the controversy.

The coat conflict: mutual accusations

The conflict originated over an iconic coat that belonged to María Julia Alsogaray.  After a photo was published by Alfano wearing the garment, Susana accused her of having stolen the coat and called her "lousy."  She even went so far as to say that Graciela had cast a spell on her.

The showgirl did not remain silent. She replied immediately, calling Susana "envious" and expressing her anger over the harsh accusations.
