Mirtha Legrand created a tense moment with Vanina Escudero: 'It's not nice'
During her appearance on La Noche de Mirtha, the dancer spoke about her relationship with her sister Silvina
Vanina Escudero was one of the featured guests on the latest episode of La Noche de Mirtha, the traditional interview program hosted by Mirtha Legrand. As usual, the lunch diva did not avoid delicate topics and put a direct question on the table: "Are you fighting with your sister Silvina?".
The question, although predictable, created a tense atmosphere in the studio. "I knew you were going to ask me this, Mirtha", Vanina replied, visibly uncomfortable. Legrand, far from backing down, justified her question with a common argument: "It's a topic that became public".
Faced with the host's persistence, the dancer decided to answer honestly, although without going into details. "Unfortunately, yes, we were fighting and that was public knowledge. We were apart for a while and we've admitted it", she acknowledged.

However, she made it clear that they always prioritized the family bond: "Even though we were distant, the love between sisters and family always comes first. That's why we preferred to keep a certain respect and never tell what happened. That stays between us."
When trying to close the topic, she made a statement that showed the difficult time they went through: "It's not nice, obviously," referring to the conflict and the media exposure that accompanied it.
Despite the artist's attempt to end the topic, Mirtha asked again: "Were you years without speaking?" Vanina, surprised, replied firmly: "No, no! It was a few months. What happened is that it was during a time when both of us had a lot of media exposure, and since the news was repeated so much, it seemed like it was longer."

The conversation, although brief, revealed a moment of discomfort at the table, with Vanina trying to maintain diplomacy without breaking the family code, and Mirtha true to her direct style, who did not hesitate to insist.
In a kinder tone, Escudero spoke about reuniting with her sister. She said that they began to resume their dialogue in December and that they spent the holidays together as a family. "We've been talking for a while now, there have been several phone conversations," she explained.
Without wanting to go into detail, she emphasized that she prefers to keep the details private: "There are things that are better kept within the family, it's good to respect that. I don't agree with the idea that every time you have an issue with someone, you should go out and talk about it."
Finally, she assured that the conflict is behind them and that both are in a different stage: "Now everything is over and we're in another stage," she concluded with a smile, relieved to have restored her bond with Silvina.
