Muzzu, unfiltered: 'Barracas is basically a SAD, but Chiqui doesn't like it.'

The content creator criticized the management of the club presided over by Claudio Tapia's son and denounced its lack of members, as well as the absence of ticket and player sales

In one of his latest videos, journalist and YouTuber Agustín Muzzu once again put the spotlight on Barracas Central and its connection with the president of the AFA, Claudio "Chiqui" Tapia.

Las declaraciones de Muzzu contra Barracas

According to what he explained on the program VAR de Copas, there is a clear intention to keep the club's membership base under control: "Barracas doesn't allow new members. It only has a few. This is an investigation by a colleague, Hernán from Fútbol y Menudencia, who tried to become a member and they put up obstacles, obstacles, obstacles... until he couldn't do it."

What's the reason? Muzzu is blunt: "Because if you have that small number of 2,000 controlled members, they're always going to vote (the same). That's so they can't vote differently."

From that, he delivered one of his strongest statements: "Basically, Barracas is a SAD, then. In that way. But Chiqui doesn't like people saying it that way."

However, the criticism was not limited to the institutional aspect. Muzzu also targeted the club's economic and sporting model: "They don't sell tickets either. Barracas has never sold a player. All because all the players are on loan. It has no members, doesn't sell tickets, has only one sponsor, which is Sur Finanzas, coincidentally."

This company has a very close relationship with the president of AFA, since it not only sponsors Guapo, but also different divisions of Argentine football and provides financial support to teams that need funding, which later support the executive.

Regarding salaries, the journalist made another accusation: "For salaries? No, well, they don't pay much in salaries because other teams pay them. Those who are on loan receive their salaries from their original teams."

Finally, he drew a sharp comparison: "There's a detail, Grondona took 20 years to promote Arsenal to Primera. Meanwhile, Tapia took three to bring Barracas. It's more blatant, more crude."

The statements add a new chapter to the suspicions surrounding the institution and its meteoric rise in Argentine football under the umbrella of power.
