The judicial situation of Morena Rial has become more complicated with the recent leak of audios and chats that directly link her to the thefts for which she has been under investigation since last January.
On the program El Diario de Mariana (América TV), hosted by Mariana Fabbiani, the journalist specialized in crime, Martín Candalaft, presented key material that is already in the hands of the Justice and reinforces the suspicions about her alleged involvement in a series of crimes.
Among the exposed evidence are conversations that show the planning of the thefts and the influencer's role in them. In one of the messages, Jorge Rial's daughter talks with an alleged accomplice and suggests the possibility of taking her son, Amadeo, as a strategy to go unnoticed.

"There are 80 pages of chats, in which they are organizing the theft. At one point, she asks her accomplice: 'Should I take the little chubby one or leave him?', and he responds: 'Yes, so you can be calm.' But she insists: 'We go completely unnoticed with the baby'", Candalaft reported, highlighting a tactic that the Justice considers crucial in the case.
The dialogues continue with an exchange in which Morena reaffirms her decision to take her son: "'In 15 I'm leaving, I'm going with the baby because I have nowhere to leave him'", the media personality allegedly wrote to Alan Fernández, her alleged accomplice in organizing the thefts.
According to the information presented, these messages correspond to December 22, four days after another robbery in which she would also be involved. "They had already stolen on the 18th, no one caught them, and on the 22nd they were detained when they were about to commit another robbery, with the baby present", the journalist explained.
If the authenticity of these messages and their implication in the events are proven, Morena Rial could lose the benefit of house arrest that was granted to her to care for her son, who is just five months old. The Justice is now evaluating the impact of this new evidence on the case and the possibility of toughening the conditions of her detention.
