Nicolás Scioli reported a public shaming at a La Libertad Avanza headquarters in Tigre
The director of BICE and libertarian leader expressed his condemnation of an attack on a party office
The director of the Bank of Investment and Foreign Trade (BICE) and a key figure for La Libertad Avanza in Tigre, Nicolás Scioli, publicly denounced a new act of political violence in the Buenos Aires district. Through his X (formerly Twitter) account, the official revealed that a party headquarters was vandalized for the second time this year.
"For the second time, we've suffered in Tigre the violence of intolerant people who run out of arguments," Scioli stated in the post, which quickly caused both support and condemnation on social media.
Condemnation of violence and support for Milei
The message, accompanied by the slogan "¡VLLC!" —an acronym for "Viva la libertad, carajo," the characteristic motto of President Javier Milei— underscores the administration's concern about attacks on party offices in different parts of the country. "Don't they realize that people have had enough? Freedom is advancing throughout the country with @JMilei," Scioli affirmed, defending the political project led by the national leader.

Although no details were provided about the perpetrators of the attack or the damages caused, the tone of the message targets opposition sectors that, according to Scioli, resort to violence due to a lack of arguments to debate ideas.
A context of political tension
This type of incident is not new. Since Javier Milei took office as president, several attacks on libertarian offices have been reported, especially in Greater Buenos Aires. In this regard, administration leaders have repeatedly expressed concern about what they consider an escalation of political intolerance.
Scioli is a rising figure within the libertarian movement, especially in Buenos Aires Province. His role at BICE and his territorial activity in Tigre position him as one of the main coordinators of the movement in the northern region of Greater Buenos Aires.

Call for democratic coexistence
"We'll continue defending our ideas firmly, but always within the democratic framework," stated an associate of the official consulted by Canal E. Libertarian sources assure that they won't allow these intimidations to halt the movement's progress in the area.
For now, there is no official information about a judicial complaint, although it is not ruled out that the incident will be reported to local authorities. "Political violence must be condemned unequivocally, wherever it comes from," sources close to the leader conclude.
