Carolina "Pampita" Ardohain went out to clarify the rumors that spread in the last few hours after she was seen at a clinic in Punta del Este, in the company of her partner, Martín Pepa, just after the Christmas celebrations ended.
The images caused concern and speculation about an alleged hospitalization, but it was the host herself who took it upon herself to explain the situation.
In a conversation with the press as she left the Uruguayan health center, the model denied having gone through a medical condition of her own and reassured everyone about what had been reported in the last few hours.
"I came to accompany a friend, I do not have anything. It was not serious or anything", she stated, as she left the clinic accompanied by her boyfriend.
Visibly tired after several hours at the place, she also asked the reporters who were waiting for her to be understanding:"Excuse me, but we have been here for many hours; it was nothing, stay calm."
According to what later emerged, the episode that prompted the visit to the clinic was linked to a health problem that affected Felipe Mon, the teenage son of Estefanía Novillo, one of Pampita's best friends and her longtime makeup artist.
The 17-year-old keeps a close relationship with the model's children as well, which explains the host's presence and constant support during the situation.
How did the rumors about Pampita's hospitalization in Uruguay arise?
According to information released by Uruguayan media, Pampita and Martín Pepa were in the emergency room at Sanatorio Cantegril, one of the most renowned medical centers in Punta del Este.
Images published by the outlet Farandula Show and information provided by Cadena del Mar showed the model in the waiting room, sitting at different moments and talking with her partner while they waited for news.
La modelo había viajado al país vecino junto a toda su familia
Pampita's appearance at the clinic took place in the context of her vacation in Uruguay, where she spent Christmas with her closest circle.
Although the word "hospitalization" quickly spread on social media and news sites, the clarification by the protagonist herself sought to defuse any alarm and confirm that her visit to the clinic was solely to accompany someone.
