The Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) from ANSES in October 2026 will have an increase of 1.7%. Additionally, the PNC for disability and old age will receive a bonus of $70,000.

With the update, the PNC for Disability or Old Age will reach $375,143.98 with the bonus. The Pension for Mothers of 7 Children will amount to $505,919.96.

How much do Non-Contributory Pensions ANSES pay in October

The 1.7% increase will be applied to the benefits of Non-Contributory Pensions during October 2026. The adjustment is linked to the monthly inflation update.

• PNC for Disability or Old Age: $305,143.98 plus a bonus of $70,000, totaling $375,143.98.

• PNC for Mothers of 7 Children: $435,919.96 plus a bonus of $70,000, totaling $505,919.96.

What are the requirements to receive a PNC for disability

To access the Non-Contributory Pension for Labor Disability, one must prove a labor incapacity of 66% or more through the CMO and be up to 65 years old.

• Be a native or naturalized Argentine and reside in the country. Foreigners must prove 10 years of continuous residence.

• For minors, parents or guardians must prove three years of continuous residence.

• Not receiving a retirement pension or any pension.

• For minors, family income cannot exceed four minimum pensions.

• Submit a cadastral report in the provinces indicated by the agency.

Who can access the PNC for Mothers of 7 Children

The Non-Contributory Pension for Mothers of 7 Children requires being Argentine or naturalized, with at least one year of residence. Foreigners must prove 15 years of residence in the country.

• Not receiving a retirement pension, any pension, or retirement from any pension scheme.

• Not receiving Family Allowance for Children, AUH, or Pregnancy Allowance.

• Not having assets, income, or resources that allow for personal or family subsistence.

The spouse or partner can receive a pension benefit, but not a PNC for old age or disability.

Requirements for the PNC for Old Age

The Non-Contributory Pension for Old Age is intended for individuals aged 70 or older. Naturalized Argentines must prove five years of prior residence.

• Foreigners must prove 40 years of residence in the country.

• Neither the holder nor their spouse can receive a retirement pension, any pension, or retirement benefit.

• There must be no assets, income, or resources that allow for the subsistence of the family group.

• The applicant must not be detained at the disposal of the Justice.

• In marriages, the pension is processed for only one of the spouses.

• A definitive absence from the country implies the loss of the benefit from the moment it is known.

PNC for people with HIV and hepatitis B or C: requirements

The benefit requires being 18 years old, residing in Argentina, and having a diagnosis accredited in the National Health Surveillance System of the Ministry of Health.

• Naturalized Argentines and foreigners must prove five years of continuous residence.

• A socioeconomic evaluation must be passed.

• Personal income cannot exceed a Minimum Vital and Mobile Wage.

• Family income, along with that of the holder, cannot exceed three Minimum Vital and Mobile Wages.
