According to recent leaks, the A3 expansion will arrive on April 30, 2025, much earlier than many players expected.
A leak that confirms the dataminers' advance
The first hint came months ago through data mining, and recently, with the launch of the A2B expansion that introduced Shiny Pokémon, that prediction gained strength again. This time, a new review of the game's internal data would have revealed the exact arrival date of the A3 expansion.
Although the official name and theme are still unknown, it is expected to follow the same pattern as previous releases: massive content, special events, and new mechanics that revitalize both casual and competitive play.
Johto as the protagonist?
The latest expansions of Pokémon TCG Pocket have had a clear thematic focus: Formidable Genes brought Kanto back, while Temporal Space Struggle centered its narrative and cards on Sinnoh.
