L-Gante's representative spoke after the fight: 'He needs professional help'

Maxi 'the Brother' broke the silence about the conflict with the singer and pointed to his entourage

In recent hours,  a video showed L-Gante having a heated argument with his representative, Maximiliano Barbacia —better known as Maxi "el Brother"— outside a club, after a show.

The episode caused a stir on social media,  which prompted Barbacia to give his version on the program  DDM (América),  where he clarified the reasons for the confrontation.

"It was a discussion between us," the representative explained.  "There are issues that Elián doesn't talk about and he gets burdened with things," he pointed out. He also mentioned that the singer's entourage had a negative influence:  "There are always the champion's friends who fill his ear."

The origin of the conflict: a phone

Barbacia assured that the trigger was a simple misunderstanding with the artist's phone.  "He was looking for it and I had it," he explained. According to his account,  it is common for L-Gante to hand over his belongings to the DJ at each show, and then they end up in his hands.

"Last night we had two shows. As always, Elián takes off his glasses, jersey, and leaves the phone in the booth. The DJ gives me everything, I keep it and return it to him later," detailed Maxi el Brother.

But this time, when he went to hand over the phone, the situation escalated. "There was anger. He said to me 'why didn't you tell me you had it?'" he recounted.

He also highlighted that discussions between them were frequent but always private. "This time was different because there was an audience on both sides. It's not the same," he emphasized.

"Elián needs professional help," the representative stated

The representative revealed a more serious incident: a friend of the singer tried to attack him. "There was a person dressed in light blue who wanted to hit me. I've been working in this for years and always with professionalism, but on Elián's side, there was violence," he assured.

Finally, Barbacia left a clear message about the state of his client:  "Yes, we are working on that. Elián needs professional help, from a psychologist or therapist. It's necessary."

With this testimony, the artist's entourage was once again in the spotlight, while concerns about his behavior offstage grow.

El representante de L-Gante rompió el silencio.
