The complaint against the former Dean of the School of Communication, Mariela Parisi, was expanded with new documentation and more officials involved. Alternate councilor Stella Regis requested to be accepted as a private plaintiff in order to push forward a case they consider unjustifiably stalled. The expansion includes former Vice Dean Fabiana Martínez, Legal and Technical Secretary Daniel Koci, and Planning Secretary Corina Echevarría.
The complainants state that the judiciary must move forward regarding alleged administrative irregularities during Parisi's administration. The additional material mentions hiring, appointments, and trips that allegedly violated university regulations. The claims argue that the magnitude of the events requires a thorough examination to ensure transparency in a key school at UNC.
Among the criminal offenses cited are ideological falsehood, fraud against public administration, abuse of authority, and embezzlement. The filing brings together seven incidents ranging from disputed faculty selection processes to inconsistencies in national and international per diem payments. Internal Audit observations regarding expenses without sufficient supporting documentation are also cited.

The facts the judiciary must analyze
The case revisits the alleged false information submitted by Parisi for her position as full professor in Television Narration. It also raises irregularities in the accreditation of seniority in TV Journalism Management, along with objections to the Television Narration I selection process. There, according to the complainants, benefits allegedly resulted from successive annulments and suspensions.
Another point is the hiring of the former dean's husband, journalist César Barraco Mármol, to teach courses without meeting administrative requirements. In addition, the per diem payments for a trip to Spain are questioned, which, according to the filing, allegedly contravened regulations of the Ibero-American University Association for Postgraduate Studies. For local trips, the use of repealed regulations and discrepancies between declared and paid days are reported.
El material agregado menciona contrataciones, designaciones y viajes que habrían vulnerado normas universitarias.
Judicial situation and next steps
The expansion comes while the original case remains before the Federal Chamber of Córdoba. Prosecutor Enrique Senestrari had charged Parisi with aggravated fraudulent administration and breach of duty, based on Internal Audit observations. However, Judge Miguel Hugo Vaca Narvaja annulled the indictment due to "inaccuracies," which prevented the former dean from being questioned.
Senestrari appealed, and now the Chamber must decide whether the indictment will be reinstated to reactivate the investigation. The decision is key to determining criminal responsibilities and preventing the case from being stalled. With the new filing, the complainants seek to have all incidents reviewed and to ensure that no areas remain unchecked within the administration under investigation.
