CABA Security identified 10 hooligans at the march and gave them 4-year bans.
The City Government applied a right of admission for 4 years to them at any soccer event following the disturbances at the Congress march
Due to the acts of violence that occurred near the National Congress, the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires has identified 10 hooligans and has applied an admission ban for a period of 4 years.
According to the Resolution and as reported by the spokesperson for the Buenos Aires government, Laura Alonso, the sanctioned individuals will be prohibited from entering events organized by the Argentine Football Association (AFA), FIFA, CONMEBOL, and other sports entities for 48 months.

Among those involved are: Agustín Francisco Medina, Patricio Manuel Pérez, Ricardo Eduardo Delgado, Yamila Nicole Olivera Panessi, Gonzalo Damián Gramajo, José Antonio Pavón, Fernando David Yurquina, Patricio Daniel Belén, Víctor Hugo Villalba, and Hugo Adrián Soria.
Although they were not arrested at the time, their identification was achieved through videos collected by the Security area of the Buenos Aires Government to then be sanctioned. The ban is due to their participation in the violent acts recorded during the March 12 mobilization at the National Congress, where police officers were assaulted and material damages were caused.

This decision is based on Law No. 5,847, which regulates security at football events and allows the adoption of preventive measures to preserve public order.
The Buenos Aires Government has already informed the AFA and the relevant security agencies about the implementation of the measure, which will come into effect after its publication in the Official Gazette. Meanwhile, the sanctioned individuals have been added to the Background Database on Violence at Football Events in the City of Buenos Aires.
The 94 detainees from last week
Last Thursday, the Judiciary ordered the release of the 94 people detained by the City Police during the serious incidents that occurred near the Congress during the retirees' march. Although they have regained their freedom, these individuals were charged with various offenses.
By order of the judge of the City of Buenos Aires, Karina Andrade, the release of the 94 detainees was ordered in the context of the police repression of the retirees' march, in which fans from various football clubs participated. These are 71 men and 23 women, who were notified in groups about the opening of the case against them and their summons to testify before the East Flagrancy Unit.

"I understand that regarding the reported detentions, an essential constitutional right is at stake, such as the right to protest, to demonstrate in democracy, and to freedom of expression, on a day like today where the most vulnerable sectors of our Nation, such as conventionally protected older adults, are draftedon, the Judiciary must especially address this," said the ultra-camporista judge in her resolution.
"I consider that, notwithstanding not expressing an opinion regarding the application of substantive law, or the investigation that the prosecution may continue, the complexity of the rights at stake to inform and determine the existence of a criminal conduct prevents the application of the flagrancy procedure. Therefore, to expedite the execution of the resolution, this extract is advanced, and I order the immediate release of the detainees informed in relation to the events at the National Congress," added the Kirchnerist magistrate.
