Alberto Cormillot, 86 years old, and Estefanía, 38, met in 2012 and formalized their relationship in 2018. The following year, they decided to get married and, in September 2021, they welcomed Emilio, their son together, who quickly won the affection of his parents and followers.
In numerous posts on his Instagram account, Cormillot expressed his happiness for his youngest son, Emilio. "I want to share with you this moment of happiness in my life", he wrote excitedly in one of his many posts.

The doctor from Cuestión de peso (eltrece) also expressed his joy for his son's growth: "It's an immense joy to see him grow. Dreams are coming true. Don't have any doubts", he said, showing how proud he is of his little one.
The story of how the relationship between Cormillot and Estefanía began is also part of their history. In an interview in 2021, the doctor said that it was Estefanía who initiated the relationship, showing interest in him both professionally and personally. "One day she stopped calling me doctor", Cormillot recalled, reminiscing how she won him over.

Pasquini started working with Dr. Cormillot in 2012, when she joined the staff of nutritionists at the weight loss clinic. At first, the relationship was purely professional, but over time, things changed.
"She is a nutritionist and we met at work, we've been together for almost three years. It was one of those things that developed over time, it wasn't love at first sight, it appeared with daily interaction. A relationship that changes is built", the doctor said at the time to radio Mitre.

On LAM (América TV), Ángel De Brito revealed an unexpected family feud to the public. Alberto Cormillot's children, Reneé and Adrián, would be against his current wife, Estefanía Pasquini. Everything would have been leaked by mistake in a crochet group, which the eldest daughter of the renowned doctor from Cuestión de peso (eltrece) attends.
In a conversation in a WhatsApp group called "Costura libre" of which she is a part with her crochet companions, Reneé mistakenly revealed being very angry about certain attitudes of Estefanía, whom she accused of distancing her father from the rest of his family. It should be noted that both women currently work together in the same medical assistance studio founded by Alberto Cormillot, so clashes between them would be common in the clinic's corridors, as shown in a recording uploaded to the chat.
"We decided to stop insisting with my brother after he yelled at us, confronted us, and threatened us," she began confessing in the group of the activity she carries out as a hobby.
"If my dad can't control her, we decided to ignore them. My brother's mother-in-law was really sad and for five minutes I even felt really sorry for my dad sitting alone in the room like a madman (it was a room with living room-type armchairs) and all the other adults together having a great time," she continued recounting about a recent family event where Cormillot would have decided to distance himself from everyone to avoid conflicts between his partner and his older children.
She then sent a video and commented: "It has no audio, but just so you see, this is how we are," and added: "She confronts us in the corridors of our clinic, which is our second home." Making it clear that Estefanía's attitudes would be out of place and occur even in their work environment.
Several of the group companions reacted to the multiple messages and the video with surprise emojis, as none expected Reneé to share such information about the family conflicts that afflict her with such confidence.
Finally, she added with a tone of sympathy: "I got the wrong group, but I'll tell you everything," and gave more details about the past weekend's event, which she was referring to in the chats.
"My niece's birthday was total Black and my father's wife showed up in fuchsia!" she remarked, implying that the woman was "completely out of place" for not adhering to the dress code. This demonstrated that family fights would occur both inside and outside the work environment.
