Starting this Sunday, YPF will update its fuels nationwide
The company will apply an average increase of 2.5% to the prices of all its fuels
YPF announced that starting at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday, it will apply a 2.5% average increase in the prices of all its fuels at service stations across the country. The measure covers both gasoline and diesel, and will be implemented simultaneously throughout the national territory.
This adjustment adds to the company's ongoing policy of constant review of production variables, in a context of volatility in the international price of crude oil, one of the main inputs for fuel production.
Dynamic pricing and real-time monitoring
For months, YPF has been applying a dynamic pricing strategy, which considers not only the evolution of the international market, but also local demand, logistics costs, and the characteristics of each region of the country.

Through its new Real-Time Monitoring Center (RTIC), the company can instantly observe sales volumes and adjust its commercial policy according to different variables such as:
- Demand behavior by time slot.
- Regional or weather conditions affecting consumption.
- Price differences compared to direct competitors.
- Need to incentivize flow at certain stations.
This system allows YPF to make regional or temporary micro-adjustments to prices, following criteria of commercial efficiency and adaptation to supply and demand.
A new scheme that's here to stay

With this new update, YPF confirms that the fixed monthly adjustment scheme is a thing of the past. In its place, it implements a more flexible logic that follows market movements, without waiting for predetermined dates.
The oil company also monitors consumer response to each price change and evaluates whether promotional incentives or additional adjustments are needed at certain stations.
