Fernanda Iglesias's version

In statements prior to the Martín Fierro Awards 2025, Iglesias claimed that she was removed from LAM.

According to her, the channel would have offered her an insufficient amount and they would have "left her without a job".

The journalist stated that she felt betrayed by De Brito: "He hurt me, he doesn't even want to see me. On top of being taken off, they left me without a job when I'm separated and have two children".

Ángel de Brito's response

From his show Ángel Responde (Bondi Live), De Brito hit back harshly: "She shouldn't lie about me. She started and we replied. She says we hurt her, but what about what she did?".

The host also recalled Iglesias's conflicts with Yanina Latorre: "She enjoyed Diego's infidelities when she herself suffered from Pablo Nieto's. So, don't pretend to be the good one".

Cross accusations and more reproaches

De Brito was blunt in pointing out that nobody fired Iglesias: "She resigned because she didn't like the money. I don't handle what Mandarina pays". He also called her a "hypocrite" and questioned her performance as a coworker.

"If nobody wants you on the show, there's a reason. If you have problems at every job, there's a reason. Take some responsibility for who you are as a person and as a coworker", he stated bluntly.
