Strong Live Confrontation Between Mauro Icardi's and Wanda Nara's Lawyers

This Thursday, new tensions were recorded in the legal conflict between  Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi.  The dispute revolves around the daughters the former couple shares, being returned to the father to maintain visits. After Civil Court No. 85 issued a resolution that, according to Ángel de Brito, would have favored Nara, the interpretations of the document caused more controversies.

The controversy erupted during the broadcast of LAM (América), when  Elba Marcovecchio, one of Icardi's lawyers, requested to speak to deny the information disseminated.  "Nothing came out. There are very small things that were solved, but the substantial is in no way as communicated. It's strange," expressed the lawyer.

Marcovecchio stated that there was no resolution regarding the return of the girlsand emphasized that the measure could not be suspended.  Additionally,  she warned that Wanda Nara could be committing the crime of disobedience,  which would have already been reported in criminal justice. The lawyer highlighted that Nara's resistance to complying with court orders was repeated.

Wanda Nara's version and the tense clash of lawyers

Nicolás Payarola, legal representative of Wanda Nara,  reaffirmed the validity of the resolution favorable to his client. "It's not a matter of interpretation of the document, we are looking at the same file,"  he stated.

The clash intensified when Lara Piro, another lawyer for Icardi, intervened by phone. Piro questioned Payarola about the actions of Judge Adrián Hagopian, emphasizing that once challenged, the magistrate could not intervene in the file nor could the judge who is acting as a substitute. "The appeal is not granted under any effect," she stated, urging her colleague to review article 198 of the Civil and Commercial Procedural Code.

Moments of tension and cross accusations

The discussion escalated when addressing the "competence" of the jurisdictions, mentioning Tigre and Capital Federal. Amid the exchange, Piro reproached Payarola for calling her by her first name on air, to which he replied:  "Lara, we're in 2025."

Ángel de Brito intervened to ask if the refusal to return the daughters came from Wanda Nara. Piro replied that if it had been Icardi who disobeyed court orders, she would not have defended him. Additionally, she mentioned the case of Ana Rosenfeld, who resigned from the file while representing Nara.

The verbal confrontation continued when  Piro accused Nara of manipulating judicial competences through a  false report of violence in Tigre."There, where you have your little friend, the dismissed prosecutor Claudio Scapolán. If we're going to talk, let's talk about everything," Piro shot back.

Finally, Payarola closed the exchange with another jab:  "You're so focused on us that a sea passes behind you, Lara."

The legal conflict between Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara remains open, with a new chapter of controversies and cross statements that anticipate more news in the coming days.
