Dalma Maradona spoke bluntly about the indictment of Matías Morla and her aunts in the case linked to the Diego Maradona brand. The actress celebrated the progress in court and delivered forceful statements about the role that, according to her, they played in managing her father's legacy.
The court ruling targets an alleged misappropriation and improper exploitation of the former footballer's brand. In that context, Dalma appeared relieved and maintained that this is a key step after years of conflict.

Dalma Maradona's reaction after the ruling
Diego Maradona's daughter spoke on A la Tarde, where she made clear what the news meant for her and her sister. "For me it's absolute happiness. We have been dealing with this for five years and we are ending the year with this ruling", she stated.
The dispute over the Diego Maradona brand
Dalma explained that, after her father's death, the rights had to pass to his daughters. As she emphasized, there is no documentation that supports anything different.
"There is nothing signed as they want to make people believe and we are still battling this unusual situation", she pointed out. She also targeted Morla directly. "By having my dad's signature, he transferred the brand to himself", she claimed.
The family pain and the role of her aunts
Dalma was especially harsh when referring to her aunts. She asserted that the situation is not only legal, but also deeply emotional.
