A new national survey ahead of the 2027 presidential elections shows a scenario that is broadly favorable for President Javier Milei and confirms that the libertarian ruling party remains the country's main political force, with a resounding advantage over far-left Kirchnerist Peronism.
The poll, carried out by the consulting firm Opinaia, shows that La Libertad Avanza not only leads voting intention, but does so with a difference of more than twenty percentage points over its main adversary.
The study was conducted between January 15 and 19, on a sample of 1,000 cases nationwide, and it has a margin of error of +/- 3%. According to the data, when respondents were asked, "Regarding the 2027 presidential elections, which of the following positions do you feel most identified with?", the option "Javier Milei's La Libertad Avanza" receives 42% of the responses. In second place appears "Cristina Kirchner and Axel Kicillof's Kirchnerist Peronism", with just 19%, which creates a 23-point difference in favor of the libertarian space.

Far behind are "Myriam Bregman and Nicolás del Caño's Left Front", with 7%, and "Juan Schiaretti, Martín Llaryora, and Maximiliano Pullaro's United Provinces", with 4%. The remaining 27% corresponds to those who replied that they still have not defined their electoral position.
By gender
The survey also includes a detailed analysis by segments, which makes it possible to outline the profile of President Milei's average voter. In the gender variable, La Libertad Avanza shows a clear advantage among men, with 47% voting intention, compared with 39% among women. In both cases, the space led by Milei remains the first option.
By age
By age, libertarian dominance is even more pronounced among young people. In the 16 to 25-year-old segment, La Libertad Avanza reaches 52% support, consolidating itself as the overwhelmingly dominant force. Kirchnerist Peronism records its best numbers among voters aged 26 to 35 and among those over 60, with 22% in both groups, although without coming close to the overall lead.

By economic level
The poll also shows the results according to socioeconomic level. In the middle sectors, the ruling party reaches 50% voting intention, while in the upper sectors it reaches 49%, confirming strong support in both strata. In those same segments, Kirchnerist Peronism obtains 20%. In the lower economic levels, La Libertad Avanza continues to lead, being the political party most chosen by the poor, with 35%.
Another noteworthy piece of data from the study is the high level of rejection that Kirchnerist Peronism faces. According to the report, 65% of those surveyed state that "they would never vote for them", an indicator that reinforces the difficulty that space has in expanding its electoral base.
The data from Opinaia's survey show that President Javier Milei is firmly in the lead heading into 2027, with a broad, sustained, and cross-cutting advantage in several key segments of the electorate, regardless of age, gender, or economic level.
