A new national public opinion study revealed that the president of Javier Milei maintains a high positive image and continues to be the political leader with the highest approval ahead of the presidential elections in 2027.

The survey, conducted by DC Consultores between April 17 and 20 with 2,630 cases and a margin of error of +/- 2.2%, places the president at the top of the image ranking and reflects significant support for the continuity of his economic and political direction.

The report, titled “The Foundational Stone,” outlines an electoral landscape towards 2027 and shows that the figure of the President not only dominates in terms of public valuation but also structures the political scenario.

According to the study, Milei leads the image ranking with a positive differential of +49.1%, surpassing all measured leaders, both from the ruling party and the opposition.

Behind the head of state are Patricia Bullrich, with +48.3%, and other political figures, in a list that also includes Mauricio Macri (+34%), Axel Kicillof (+29.7%), businessman Jorge Brito (+21.4%), Cristina Kirchner (+20.6%), Sergio Massa (+17.5%), and Dante Gebel (+14.8%).

The survey organizes these results based on net image, that is, the difference between positive and negative valuations.

Beyond this image, another of the most relevant data from the study is the explicit support for the libertarian direction. When asked “WHAT IS YOUR GOAL IN THE NEXT ELECTIONS?”, 41.4% of respondents chose the option “Deepen the libertarian direction (with Milei),” reflecting support for the model promoted by the Government.

In parallel, the report also measured the perception of the opposition's ability to contest power. In this sense, when asked “DO YOU THINK AXEL KICILLOF CAN BEAT MILEI?”, 60.95% responded no, compared to 39.05% who thought yes.

The study by DC Consultores places Milei back at the center of the political stage. The combination of a high positive image and support for his program marks a solid starting point for the ruling party in the race towards 2027.

With these numbers, the survey not only reflects the current situation but also projects a political dynamic where Milei's leadership appears consolidated and with significant capacity to contest the future of Argentine elections.
