Susana Giménez once again referred to the comparisons with Wanda Nara and made a strong statement about the possibility of the businesswoman taking her place on Argentine television. The host of Telefe responded straightforwardly during a television interview.
The statements were made on Desayuno Americano (América), where she also talked about the documentary of her life. However, the moment that generated the most impact was her response when asked about Wanda Nara.
While discussing the documentary that reviews her career, Susana Giménez revealed that the project is still progressing.
“Yesterday they just read me the third chapter. It’s going well. I’m talking all the time,” she commented about the production.
The interview took a turn when the reporter mentioned the comparisons with Wanda Nara. Amid laughter and with a gesture of annoyance, she replied: “Oh, enough!”
Then came the question about whether she imagined the businesswoman could take her place on television. The response was immediate: “No one will ever be able to replace me”.
According to comments made on the program, the place occupied by Susana Giménez and Mirtha Legrand within Argentine television continues to be considered a symbolic space that is difficult to replace.
They even recalled that Mirtha Legrand herself had already ruled out that Wanda Nara could become Susana Giménez's successor.
In May, Wanda Nara received the award for best host at the Martín Fierro 2026, a recognition that generated questions from various figures in the industry.
